We study the temperature T dependence of the Josephson critical current I-c by taking account of magnetic scattering in a superconductor/ferromagnet/superconductor junction. When the ferromagnetic transition temperature is comparable to the superconducting transition temperature, the 0-pi transition occurs by changing T due to magnetic scattering in the FM. This result is qualitatively consistent with experimental results. (c) 2007 Elsevier B.V. All rights reserved.
