A new asymmetric synthesis of the anti-tumor alkaloid (R)-(+)-Crispine A

[GRAPHICS] We report a novel, facile, and asymmetric approach for the synthesis of the anti-tumor alkaloid (+)-crispine A via a highly diastereoselective N-acyliminium cyclization reaction as a key synthetic step.
