Flexible, low-voltage electronic devices with a good response to light and temperature are constructed from newly realized high-performance polymer thin-film transistors (PTFTs) based on diketopyrrolopyrrole-based copolymers. The performance of the devices, combined with the high mobility of the PTFTs and their simple solution processing, makes the PTFTs promising for future low-power electronic applications, such as in photo/thermal detectors.
