The heliosheath is a highly variable plasma environment. The plasma parameters across the heliosheath are presented and their time evolution discussed. Large fluctuations in velocity, density, and temperature occur on time scales of tens of minutes throughout the heliosheath. The radial speed, density, and temperature and their fluctuations decrease across the heliosheath. The flow angles increase but large fluctuations remain. Instrumental cutoffs for large flow angles affect the observed flow angle distributions. Since these distributions are Gaussian we can compensate for these effects and find that flow angles in the RT plane are about 50% larger than previously results and 150% larger than the RN flow angles.
