New records of epibiont Ciliates (Ciliophora) from Indian coast with descriptions of six new species

Six epibiont ciliates Cothurnia palkensis, C. nova, C. disper, C. dovgali, C. mannaerensis and C. clampi are described as new for science from the Indian coast. Acineta truncata Collin, 1909 and A. tuberosa Ehrenberg, 1834 are reported here for first time from the Indian coast.
