Aluminum recycling process has a number of economic and key environmental benefits and from these reasons many producers now have targets of increasing their usage of secondary materials. However, the accumulation of impurities in these recycled material fluxes may provide a significant compositional barrier to these goals. This paper provides an overview of the expanse of upgrading methods available to improve aluminum scrap purity and facilitate recycling. Also this work is the investigation of a typical situation in the aluminium remelting/recycling process using painted and oiled scraps and has the role to detect the optimal working range for pyrolysis into furnace.
