We bring new three-dimensional (3D) concept of polymer surface-relief Bragg grating (SR-BG) prepared on the high pillars. The Bragg grating parameters were theoretically proposed and the all structure was designed in 3D graphics. SR-BG was prepared in single-step process by 3D laser lithography based on direct writing process in IP-Dip polymer. Main advantage of such arrangement is direct optical fiber coupling in the waveguide with SR-BG. From the transmission measurements we confirmed Bragg wavelength at 1543 nm.
