A QCD analysis of combined experimental data on the structure function is performed using the inverse Mellin transform in the framework of analytical perturbation theory. Within this approach, the form of the structure function, the value of the QCD scale parameter, and the dependence of the higher twist contribution are determined. The accuracy of the method based on Jacobi polynomials is estimated.
