Use of a redox probe for an electrochemical RNA-ligand binding assay in microliter droplets

In this work, we report an affordable, sensitive, fast and user-friendly electroanalytical method for monitoring the binding between unlabeled RNA and small compounds in microliter-size droplets using a redoxprobe and disposable miniaturized screen-printed electrochemical cells.
