Facile synthesis of -C=N-linked covalent organic frameworks under ambient conditions

We reported herein a facile approach for the synthesis of -CQ=N-linked covalent organic frameworks under ambient conditions. Three known (COF-42, COF-43, and COF-LZU1) and one new (-COF-42) COF materials were successfully synthesized using this method. Furthermore, this simple synthetic approach makes the large-scale synthesis of -C=N-linked COFs feasible.
