We have developed a heterogeneous catalytic oxidative homocoupling reaction of dimethoxyanilides under an oxygen atmosphere. The resulting homo-dimers are useful for the construction of heterocycles, demonstrating the potential of heterogeneous metal catalysts. (C) 2017 Elsevier Ltd. All rights reserved.
