The synthesis method of P(O)-S organophosphorus compounds by dehydrogenative coupling reaction of P(O)H compounds and aryl thiols was developed. The reaction was carried in the presence of a base and air, and exhibited good characters such as metal-free, mild reaction temperature, excellent substrate tolerance and with moderate to good yields.
