In order to improve the accuracy of lithium-ion battery pack state of charge estimation. Based on the study of Single cell, we study the SOC estimation method of battery series pack. Firstly, build a battery model considering hysteresis, Secondly, use the least squares method for idengtifying the unknown parameters and fitting the relationship between SOC and the open circuit voltage, then based on adaptive extended Kalman filter algorithm estimating battery SOC of battery cell, study battery pack SOC calculation method, finally hardware in the loop platform based on xPC target is built in this paper to verify SOC estimation algorithm. In this paper, results show that adaptive extended Kalman HiL algorithm can accurately estimate battery SOC.
