Synthesis, crystal and molecular structure of the copper(II) aminate complex with methionine

The new mononuclear complex [Cu(phen)(L-Met)H2O]Cl center dot 2.5H(2) was obtained by the reaction of the copper(II) aminate complex with L-methionine. Its structure was studied by the methods of X-ray diffraction, spectral, and elemental analyses.
