Ba(Fe0.5Nb0.5)O-3 [BFN] nanomaterial sample was prepared by the solid-state reaction method. The various structural parameters have been calculated by the Rietveld refinement method using cubic crystal symmetry with Pmm space group. The microstructural analysis has been carried out by the Field Emission Scanning Electron Microscopy (FESEM).The complex impedance spectroscopy of the BFN nanomaterial has been analyzed in a wide range of temperature (40 degrees C-400 degrees C) and frequency(1kHz-1MHz).The correlation between microstructure with electrical transport properties of Barium Iron Niobate (BFN) nanomaterial has been reported.
