This article presents a study on electromagnetic radiation generated by integrated inductors fabricated with and without magnetic material. The study is performed in simulation using HFSS software. A quantification of radiated fields of integrated inductors with one and two magnetic layers, as well as the study of the influence of the thickness of the magnetic material is carried out. The results show that the report of a second layer above the spiral, shields considerably the field radiated by the component while highly increasing the inductance value.
