Electrode-based dielectrophoresis (DEP) method is used to deposit carbon nanotubes (CNTs) in an organized form. The density and quality of assembled CNTs depend on electrodes geometry and applied electric fields. In this context, we simulated the electric field distribution of dielectrophoresis for CNT suspension on Indium Tin Oxide (ITO) electrodes. The influence of electrode shapes and dimensions were analyzed and discussed by using the COMSOL software. The system quality and alignment angle were also presented at different locations. Rectangular electrodes with DEP parameters of 10(5) Hz and 20 V were chosen to achieve high-density deposition with approximately 2.5 degrees alignment angle at the electrode center.
