The Polycrystalline ceramic samples of Ba(Nd-0.(05) Ti0.9Nb0.05)O-3 were prepared by solid state double sintering route at two different temperatures i.e. at 1500 degrees C & 1550 degrees C. Dielectric and modulus resonance and anti-resonance studies were carried out on these prepared ceramic samples. Good DPT and relaxor behaviour was observed for the sample sintered at higher temperature. Both the samples sintered at different temperatures shows around 99% electromechanical energy conversions. It is also observed that the piezoelectric charge constant for the ceramic sample sintered at higher temperature (1550 degrees C) are higher when compared to ceramic sample sintered at lower temperature (1500 degrees C). The piezoelectric charge constant for the samples sintered at 1500 degrees C & 1550 degrees C are 6.87 nm. V-1 & 10.51 nm. V-1 respectively at 798K.
