In this work, a frequency selective rasorber with a wideband transmission and two-sided absorption bands was proposed. The rasorber is consisted of lossy and lossless frequency selective surfaces (FSS). The two cascaded interdigital capacitors and intuctances are served as the lossy FSS. The rasorber can achieve the 90% absorption between 4-7 GHz and 12.8-17 GHz as well as a transmission window between 8.6-10.8 GHz with the insertion loss less than -1 dB.
