Countries all around the world, especially those with significant renewable potential, are beginning to adopt strict policies to increase the share of renewable energy use in order to strengthen their own energy mix This leads researchers to think of appropriate solutions for an ease integration of renewable energies into electricity sector and to overcome its major obstacle, which is none other than intermittency. In this context, we defend our proposed architecture based on a grid-connected PV-battery hybrid system. Our proposal was tested under real meteorological solar conditions for a typical year using TRNSYS. Its performance evaluation was carried out using statistical analysis via Minitab and shows that the system could be in deficit with a frequency less than 10%. That means that the proposed hybrid system able to meet the demand for its 90% energy states. Such a statistical analysis of the hybrid system energy states let us deduce influence of stochastic parameters on the system size, architecture and energy management.
