Herein, we developed an ultrasensitive electrochemical biosensor forPseudomonas aeruginosadetection based on a rolling circle amplification-assisted multipedal DNA walking strategy. The cascade signal amplification method can improve the sensitivity, showing promising applications in food security, environmental monitoring, and disease diagnosis.
