In this paper, A Superstrate and Substrate configuration of a solar cell is obtained by depositing Copper Zinc Tin Sulfate (CZTS) and Cadmium Sulphate (CdS) in the conventional process. To acheive proposed method, Successive Ionic Layer Adsorption and Reaction (SILAR) method is adapted. CZTS thin film is coated on CdS which is deposited on FTO (Fluorine-doped Tin Oxide) substrate for superstrate configuration and CdS thin film is coated on CZTS which is deposited on Mo (Molybdenum)/SLG (Soda Lime Glass) for substrate configuration. Grazing Incidence X-Ray Diffraction (GIXRD) isused to check additional impurities and perfect crystalline structure of CZTS and CdS orientation. Optical studies of CdS and CZTS are carried out by UV-Vis-NIR Spectrophotometer individually. Atomic percentages of the deposited elements in the film are evaluated by Energy dispersive X-ray Spectroscopy (EDS). Field Emission Scanning Electron Microscopy (FESEM) analysis is done to observe whether the films are crack free and uniform deposition. The current-voltage (J - V ) studies for Voc, Jsc and fill factor were measured under one sun illumination (10 0mW/cm(2)) by a 3A class solar simulator. I
