Currently, healthcare systems have recently witnessed a remarkable evolution manifested not only in the noticeable growth in health spending, scientific and technological progress, and demographic changes, but also in social expectations changes. To couple with such requirements and developments (both organizational and functional), a quest for rather innovative and effective organizational modes seem imposed. As a result of these evolutions, several cooperation and coordination based structural organizations have emerged, worth mentioning among which are the Multi Agent Systems (MAS). In this regard, this work seeks to put forward a novel hospital-organization modelling framework based on the MAS. Designed primarily to enhance the communication patterns among the different medical caregivers in a bid to create rather efficient care services, the proposed system turns out to be dubbed: Agent Technology for Hospital Modelization (ATHM), assessed and implemented at the Sfax city based ESSALEMA polyclinic, Tunisia. The reached finding proves to reveal well that the devised ATHM approach turns out to have a respectable commanding capacity helping greatly to effectively issue of conventional hospital management systems.
