3D Kerr Microscopy of Magnetic Vortex States in the Presence and Absence of Uniaxial Anisotropy

We use a 3D scanning Kerr microscopy technique to resolve the 3D magnetization response in both equilibrium and non-equilibrium regimes for micron-sized permalloy disks. Moreover, we show the effect of uniaxial anisotropy in both regimes. (C) 2020 The Author(s)
