In this paper, we present the results of time-domain self-consistent simulation of the second-harmonic 0.394-THz gyrotron with delayed reflection. We demonstrate the possibility of improving frequency stability and enhance of the frequency tunability by using the reflection. The influence of different reflection parameters on oscillation power and frequency is studied.
