Tuber brumale and Tuber indicum are two edible black truffles that establish ectomycorrhizal symbiosis with trees and shrubs, with T. brumale being prevalent in Europe and T. indicum mainly found in China. The draft genome sequences of these two species have been presented in this study.
Tuber brumale and Tuber indicum (Pezizomycetes) are two edible black truffles establishing ectomycorrhizal symbiosis with trees and shrubs. T. brumale is ubiquitous in Europe, and T. indicum is mainly found in China. Here, we present the draft genome sequences of T. brumale and T. indicum.
