Summary: This study investigates the predictors of knowledge-sharing behavior among Malaysian public service administrators and finds that intrinsic motivational factors, time availability, and organizational socialization have an impact on knowledge sharing. Additionally, affective commitment towards the organization plays a key role in facilitating intrinsic motivation administrators' engagement in knowledge sharing.

The questionnaire showed satisfactory levels of validity and reliability in measuring stress, anxiety, depression, and job burnout among healthcare workers. This study provides important insights into the mental well-being of healthcare workers during the COVID-19 outbreak.
