Summary: This study numerically investigates heat transfer from an isothermally hot flat surface due to swirling coaxial turbulent jet impingement, showing that compared to single round jets, coaxial jets can produce enhanced and more uniform heat transfer. The heat transfer is affected by the imposed jet swirl, leading to either enhanced or diminished heat transfer depending on the combination of problem parameters.
