Engaging in low to medium-intensity high volume resistive exercise, combined with a reduction in daily energy intake, can help mitigate these negative effects and preserve neuromuscular, metabolic, and cardiovascular health.

Impact of the COVID-19 pandemic on UK endoscopic activity and cancer detection: a National Endoscopy Database Analysis
