Ag3PO4 decorated black urchin-like defective TiO2 for rapid and long-term bacteria-killing under visible light

Yingde Xu et al.

Summary: A new synergistic system combining Ag3PO4 nanoparticles and black urchin-like defective TiO2 was developed in this research, enhancing the stability and antibacterial efficacy of photocatalysts. The synergistic system achieved a high antibacterial efficacy of 99.76% and 99.85% against Escherichia coli and Staphylococcus aureus, respectively.
