Cosmic Distances Calibrated to 1% Precision with Gaia EDR3 Parallaxes and Hubble Space Telescope Photometry of 75 Milky Way Cepheids Confirm Tension with ?CDM

Summary: This study recalibrated the extragalactic distance ladder and refined the determination of the Hubble constant using Hubble Space Telescope and Gaia EDR3 data. The results, based on Milky Way Cepheids observations and estimates, are in good agreement with conclusions based on earlier Gaia data releases.
