Summary: The study demonstrated that fixation of a posterior chamber intraocular lens using a 27-gauge trocar-assisted transconjunctival sutureless intrascleral technique is a safe and effective option for aphakic patients with inadequate capsular support after cataract surgery complications. The surgical technique resulted in significant visual acuity improvement and excellent anatomic outcomes, with no postoperative complications during the follow-up period.
