A nitrogen-rich covalent organic framework for simultaneous dynamic capture of iodine and methyl iodide

Linwei He et al.

Summary: A new design philosophy involving a nitrogen-rich covalent organic framework material with enhanced specific host-guest interactions has been proposed for the simultaneous capture of both iodine gas and organic iodide. This material shows an ultrahigh uptake capacity under static sorption conditions and record-high iodine loading capability under dynamic conditions.

Fabrication of NanoCOF/Polyoxometallate Composites for Photocatalytic NADH Regeneration via Cascade Electron Relay

He Li et al.

Summary: This study reported the fabrication of nanoCOF/POM composites as photocatalysts with high NADH yield and TOF value. The results showed that the enhanced photocatalytic activity of the nanoCOF/POM composites was mainly attributed to the promoted transfer of photogenerated electrons through electron relay, leading to increased charge separation efficiency.

Recent progress in covalent organic frameworks as light-emitting materials

S. Xu et al.

Summary: COFs, as an emerging class of crystalline materials, have attracted attention due to their lightweight and highly ordered porous structure. Conjugated COFs, compared to one-dimensional conjugated polymers, can extend conjugation in two- or even three-dimensional directions, making them promising candidates for light-emitting materials.
