Mass and horizon Dirac observables in effective models of quantum black-to-white hole transition

Summary: This paper discusses the existence and importance of Dirac observables in black hole polymer models, as well as proposes a new model that allows to overcome previous restrictions on initial conditions. The quantum effects cause a bound of a unique Kretschmann curvature scale, independently of the relation between the two masses.
