The design and synthesis of a hydrogen-bonded organic framework based on tetrathiafulvalene tetracarboxylic acid is reported, which can undergo single-crystal-to-single-crystal transformation to form two isomers. The structural characteristics and redox properties of the HOFs were conveniently tailored using the transformation of phases.
