Investigating the intention to use technology among medical students: An application of an extended model of the theory of planned behavior

Summary: The intention of medical students to adopt technology is crucial for guiding the implementation of technology-based initiatives in healthcare settings. The study found significant positive relationships between attitude, subjective norm, perceived behavioral control, descriptive norm, and medical students' technology adoption intention. The inclusion of descriptive norm increased the explained variance of technology adoption intention.
