A new method for preparing needle-free cylindrical nozzle nanofibers

Summary: This paper reports a novel system for the efficient production of multi-production nanofibers through electrospinning. By varying the voltage and collector radius, the diameter and yield of the nanofibers were investigated. The results show that the diameter and productivity of nanofibers are affected by the electric field intensity. This method not only improves productivity, but also reduces the influence of solvent evaporation, providing support for large-scale production of nanofibers in the future.
