Efficacy and Safety of Guselkumab, an Interleukin-23p 19-Specific Monoclonal Antibody, Through One Year in Biologic-Naive Patients With Psoriatic Arthritis

Iain B. McInnes et al.

Summary: In biologic-naive patients with psoriatic arthritis, treatment with guselkumab for one year demonstrated sustained improvements in clinical efficacy, joint and skin symptoms, and physical function, as well as maintaining low levels of radiographic progression, providing a favorable risk-benefit profile.

Relation Between Fatigue and ACR Response in Patients With Psoriatic Arthritis Treated With Tumor Necrosis Factor Inhibitor Therapy: A Population-based Cohort Study

Tanja Schjodt Jorgensen et al.

Summary: This population-based cohort study investigated the association between fatigue, disease activity, and drug survival in PsA patients receiving their initial TNFi treatment. The results showed that fatigue was a dominant symptom post-TNFi treatment and was linked to higher disease activity, pain, comorbidities, and increased risk of TNFi treatment discontinuation. Weak to moderate agreement was found between ACR and VAS fatigue responses, suggesting heterogeneity between experienced fatigue and joint inflammation.
