Protocol Discovery for the Quantum Control of Majoranas by Differentiable Programming and Natural Evolution Strategies

Summary: In this study, we optimized the transport of Majorana zero modes in superconducting nanowires using differentiable programming and natural evolution strategies, revealing novel and efficient motion strategies with the successful implementation of the jump-move-jump protocol. Our results demonstrate that machine learning can be efficiently applied to quantum many-body dynamical systems for the development of large-scale quantum technology.
