Summary: This study aimed to verify the reliability and validity of two sensory examinations, SWMT and TLT, in assessing upper extremity somatosensory impairment in chronic stroke patients. The results showed that both examinations demonstrated strong intra-rater and inter-rater agreements, making them suitable for clinical application, with significant correlations to SIAS sensory items.
