Implementation of Electronic Data Interchange as a Method of Communication Between Customers and Transport Company

Automation of processes related to data exchange is an effective way of communication between two or more independent entities. The paper deals with the necessity of implementation Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) into processes of the transport company and suggests applying this system as a method of communication between customers and a transport company.
