Light quantum control of persisting Higgs modes in iron-based superconductors

Third harmonic generation from collective modes in disordered superconductors

Summary: Recent experiments in both traditional and unconventional superconductors have shown a marked third-harmonic generation below the superconducting temperature, challenging existing theoretical understanding. By computing the nonlinear current, it is found that paramagnetic effects dominate the quasiparticle response in strong magnetic fields.
