Dual-functional SFP/PAN based nano drug release system for treatment and nutrients

Summary: Nano drug delivery systems can control the ordered release of drugs and supply therapeutics and nutrients simultaneously. A novel nano drug delivery system with a core-shell structure was successfully developed to release antimicrobial drugs and nutrients simultaneously. The release performance of nanofibers is affected by different ratios of PAN to SFP in the shell solution, with the best performance observed at a mass ratio of 95:5.

Graphene oxide-silver nanocomposites embedded nanofiber core-spun yarns for durable antibacterial textiles

Summary: In this study, nanofiber yarn loaded with a high-efficiency antibacterial agent was prepared using electrospinning technology. The nanofiber fabric showed over 99.99% antibacterial rate against Escherichia coli and Staphylococcus aureus, which remained above 99.99% even after ten washes, demonstrating high antibacterial activity and excellent durability.
