Summary: This study presents a one-step synthesis method for the conversion from Ti3AlC2 MAX to Ti3C2Tz MXene on the order of milliseconds, facilitated by the combination of protons and fluorine ions to selectively etch the MAX phase. The results demonstrate that flexible electrodes fabricated using this method exhibit comparable electrochemical performance to previously reported ones.
