Neuroprotective effect of miR-212-5p on isoflurane-induced cognitive dysfunction by inhibiting neuroinflammation

Summary: The study demonstrated that miR-212-5p plays an important protective role in isoflurane-induced cognitive dysfunction and neuroinflammation. Upregulation of miR-212-5p can reduce cognitive dysfunction and improve learning and memory abilities in impaired rats. Additionally, overexpression of miR-212-5p can inhibit neuroinflammation.
