Multi-Time Scale Evaluation of Forest Water Conservation Function in the Semiarid Mountains Area

Zhiyin Wang et al.

Summary: By combining SWAT and water balance methods, this paper calculated the forest water conservation amount in the upstream of Xiong'an New Area from 2007 to 2017, discovering that the changes in water conservation were influenced by the wetness index, showing significant seasonal and inter-annual variations on monthly and annual scales.
