This work focuses on developing and manufacturing the collection channel for a Raman probe using 3D printing technologies. Different 3D printing technologies, such as FFF and SLA, were explored for making holders for optical elements and aligning them. The design allows for a modular approach, enabling the replacement or addition of optical elements, and the developed probe successfully recorded the Raman spectrum of aspirin compared to a commercial StellarNet Raman probe.
This work is devoted to the development and manufacture of the collection channel for the Raman probe using 3D printing technologies. Possibilities of FFF and SLA technologies were investigated for the manufacture of optical elements holders and alignment relative to each other. The design provides for a modular approach allowing for replacing one element with another or installation additional optical elements. The Raman spectrum of aspirin was recorded by the developed probe and the results were compared with the commercial StellarNet Raman probe.
