Pre-resonance Stimulated Raman Scattering (SRS) offers enhanced sensitivity in the detection of micromolar substances while maintaining Raman spectroscopy specificity. The microscope has been successfully applied to solutions of antibiotics and treated yeast cells.
Pre-resonance Stimulated Raman Scattering (SRS) provides enhanced sensitivity up to micromolar region on top of the inherited Raman specificity. We demonstrate the application of our microscope on solutions of antibiotics and treated yeast cells.
