This system utilizes a multimode multiheterodyne source generated with a dual-drive Mach Zehnder modulator and direct modulation over the seed laser for spectroscopy measurements, recovering the absorption line shape of HCN with less setup complexity than other approaches.
In this work, we present a system for performing spectroscopy measurements using a multimode multiheterodyne source generated with a dual-drive Mach Zehnder modulator and direct modulation over the seed laser. The system has been used to recover an absorption line shape of an HCN with far less setup complexity than other state-of-the-art approaches. (C) 2021 The Author(s).
