The role of grit and classroom enjoyment in EFL learners' willingness to communicate

Summary: This study investigates the link between grit, classroom enjoyment, and willingness to communicate in a second language (L2 WTC) among Korean EFL learners. The results suggest that grit and classroom enjoyment are predictors of L2 WTC, highlighting the importance for teachers to encourage continuous efforts and create a positive classroom environment.
